Anyone in Ajman?

Hi Guys

Is there anyone in Ajman who can report on the Eye of Ajman Development - it is located on the opposite side of the highway directly acorss the highway from Emirates City.

I hear Goldcrest is now claiming there SmartCity Towers there are under construction and are progressing nicely. They are demanding 25% payment of purchase price and as far as I know nothing is happening.

There is nothing going on there. They even dismantled the board for the project.
Every single project on emirates road ajman is dead except for uptown and some towers in emiratescity.

Dead project

They have transferred most of the investors to dubai off-plan(problematic) projects, and there is no construction,and i have an info that the rest is not going to pay any more.No investor trusts them after all the dirty games they have played with the investors.Think yourself why should they construct?

I figured as much, but wanted confirmation. I had actually cancelled my reservation a long time ago (pre-ARRA) and never had a contract, but when I cancelled, they said that they didn't agree with the cancellation and kept demanding money! Hilarious, like they think they are the ones who get to choose if I cancelled or not!?! Now they have dragged it out, they will surely claim that the "new" laws prevent them from giving a refund! I can't believe the local government legalized extortion, truly unreal.

Of course no one is going to pay, that is their plan; they are simply trying to force the cancellation of the "contract" under failure to pay, so they can "legally" steal our money. Oh well, what goes around comes around.
