Any news about Bsel pearl tower's progress ?

Any one has any information about Bsel Pearl tower's progress ? Some one , a couple weeks back had mentioned that there appeared to be some sort of activity at the Bsel pearl tower site.
Any information is most welcome.

BSEL PEARL TOWER AT EMIRATES CITY, AJMAN

No progress at all. Its a dead Tower in a dead city. The Pearl Tower will also be buried in the desert sand of Ajman, alongwith the other so called Towers. All empty promises by BSEL office staff in Dubai on Pearl Tower. They are also not willing to refund the money since the Tower is still at ground level. The Builder / Developer of this tower will not be happy by swindling our money with their empty promises, neither will their immediate family will be able to digest our hard earned money invested in their Pearl Tower.

I hope and pray the Dubai Government intervenes and asks the developers and builders of all Towers to return our money. Only our prayers could work miracles to get our money back.
