Any information about Ajman Uptown?

Has anyone been to Ajman Uptown lately? From the construction updates, it seems work is going on apace in many villas. Does it appear like a more viable project than Emirates City at this point of time given both the villa construction progress and infrastructure creation?

Emirates City Visit & Ajman Uptown

I had gone to Emirates City today. 2 towers of R Holding (1st two in the first row) is completed. Painted on the outside & A/C's installed.
Another tower (Majestic Tower) on Row C is also in the Painting (outside) stage.

Didn't go inside the building.
Orbit Tower where I have booked & paid 70% is as is . No progress.
Stranded on Floor # 19

Ajman Uptown also there seems to be some development. New Sign boards are installed on the emirates road. So work is going on it seems from the outside. Did not go inside the Ajman Uptown project as I do not have any investment in it.

Hope they do something & complete these projects.

Hi Sharif67, Names not mentioned on the hoarding there. It is the 1st 2 on block A (1st row from the emirates road) when you come from Sharjah.
It is a 30 storey building.

Thank you very much for the update. These reports are our only source of first-hand information. Given the state of the projects, it is not feasible to undertake costly visits to the UAE just for inspection. Let us hope that not only the projects will get consolidated and finished, there will also be buyers and tenants in this remote part of Ajman desert.
