any body have unit in Lavander tower and lillies tower

I am in a bad position. I dont know what I have to do now I purchased of about 480 per Sq 3 units in same lavander. I am not in a position to pay everymonth. If I pay installemnt monthly It will complete in middle of next year and I am sure it will complete only in middle of 2011 or end of 2011 only. Now rate is 300 Dhs . Materials cost is 40 per cent less than last year. if we want to sell this in future we will get less per square feet and rent also will be less only and electricity and water problem will be there. No body knows. I am thinking to forget these flat. Now paid 20 per cent another 80 per cent I h ave to pay.
Any Profit? . Possible to trust these peaple.?
Can I get atleast 480 Pe Square feet after 2 Years?
Any body can advice me as a brother?
Any body knows about lavander and lillies progress?

I am not invested in Lavendoe but in Glory, Chapal. I can feel your problem very well because of global messy difficalties but Let say that economic crisis is lookind to get down gratually and we will face better situation.
About infrustrucures I would like to ask you if you know any huge projects such as EC through the world that does not care about Infrustructures indeed? Of courese basic facilities like electricity, water supplying and water treatment system would be available on appropriate time.
Projects are on delay and I am worry also but let think about when the Lavender tower is ready to go and live. would that be possiblefor you to live in resuidential city that construction is done for other building and only one is liveable?
Please dont loss your chance to gain from investing. Construction is foundation of UAE from one hand and comptition to take more score between emirates from other hand to attarct global investing would keep our rights hopefully to be sure about what we have done.
I never heard about anybody to get bankrupt by investing on real state for long time.
