Altitude tower (by BL properties)
Hello Guys,
Any investors from Altitude towers around?? these guys sounded genuine as this was supposed to be their first project, now it so happens that they have sacked their contractor and work is stopped from May 2009 onwards, on the other hand since they have an escrow account. they demanded that all payments to be on scedule, well now since a lot of money is being held up i asked them to change my payment plan from monthly to payment as per the construction (slab by slab) well the answer was that this plan is not on offer, however if you go to their website they have is plan offered. IF THERE ARE ANY INVESTORS FROM THIS PROJECT WE CAN NETWORK TOGATHER AND MEET DEVELOPERS ON A SET DAY AND PLACE OUR DEMANDS.

altitude tower
i dont think that people still pay to BL Properties, it's not worth to pay more money to BL even if they offer construction linked payment plan because the current price in ajman is 200/ sqft and this is the normal price while we purchased for almost 400/sqft.
even if BL will build the tower and handover the flats we will not be able to resale or rent the flats in an area without any services, we will only pay money for the maintenance cost and other unknown charges. it's enough to pay for nothing and the best thing is to cancel this project.
