anyone who has bought in any project of rashed real state sorry to tell you as to tell my self that we were fooled by all this brokers who sold in rashed and used to tell you ( ITS OWNED BY SHEIKH OF AJMAN) yea right.it belongs to someone called ahmed alkaabi.i called arra and they said they neither registered nor applied for registeration.that means that they are not trustworthy.they advised me to go to ajman court.any updates from anyone on this pls share

Alrashed real estate fraud

They are no where I went to the Al rashed 's office it is closed and R-holding is not taking any kind of responsibility for the same simply the want us to invest more money on there own projects now at emirate city how come? :jawdrop:
one question for all
I have two apartment in a building 50% paid amount with parking and all is it possible they can avail me one flat considering my payment can R-holding answer this or anybody has an idea how we can go ahead with this
at least i can get something after some time i am ready for this instead of loosing everything

i have been defrauded in the same way

i purchased in Fiza Tower of Marmooka City in late 2009 through Giant Real Estate
the brokers name was Shakeel, never caught his late name (how convenient) but he did give me the card with the managing directors name on it (luckly) Mr Ashfaq Ibrahim Jamadar so i know exactly the responsible party i need to track down. Real Estate Investment Establishment confirmed that the plot MA51 where Fiza Tower was suppose to be built was purchased in the name of Ashfaq Ibrahim Jamadar so if anyone knows where this individual has disappeared to please do post a reply.
Also please contact me if you also bought in this project because i am very concerned as the project is not even registered with ARRA.

Im sure you saw it coming .... but over here in the US my friends and I didn't find out until it was all too late.
UAE wont even admit they have a real estate crisis on their hands, with all the censored news, they seem to be focusing on convincing the rest of the world its a insignificant hiccup which will be over come very soon. So you tell me how is one to determine the truth until its too late with all this propaganda??

I had genuine confidence in the market, and naively followed the news and look where it go me. I purchased because i wanted a holiday home for me and my family - i wasn't too concerned about the value of my apartment dropping slightly (20-30% as they so profoundly reported in the news more like 60-70% from the evidence I have come across).

Obviously i am enraged as the developer like many other developers has disappeared altogether - which means i will never get a ready property or my money. If i was getting my ready property then there wouldn't be such a problem, or if i was getting my money back at least i could buy something else and still have my holiday home in UAE. But i don't think that will be happening any time soon do you?

I have a second apartment in Rainbow Tower Emirates City which i booked through Ali at Sweet Homes Real Estate, the developer Sweet Homes Holdings are always sending me regular updates even about minor details which i really appreciate..... at least they haven't run away.

Well in 2008 when lehman brother crashed in US just next day in UAE all the construction works were on hold, and roads were empty, if you even look into this forum, anyway what happened is happened, i think you just write an email to arra, they are swapping all the canceled project owners to another r holdiing flats, and i ll also suggest if you are not too deep, just walk it off and look for the ready appartment in ajman mush less vlaue then you ll pay in emiratescity.
