Be aware, the forum user numir is sending out private messages again to get people into swapping to Almasah projects in Dubai. In my knowledge all of these projects are in "bad shape". They might be approved by RERA, but hardly any of them are out of the ground. Plus lots of them are in Sports City or Jumeirah Village. They are expensive and who wants to live there anyway, when there is so much offer in the Marina and in JLT. They want to appear like the big saviors, but let's face it: they are business people, they want to make money.

Swap is just another way to rip off investors money. No matter where this swap is, even the R holdings swap is just ripping off what is left in your hands. Try it yourself if you want, you will find:
- very high prices
- no guarenttee of completion
- immidiate down payment is required
- a lot of payment is required and no link to constructio.
People....Friends... face it...swap is here to take whatever is left over.

What is the rate per sq.ft of the apartments your are offering in the swap as well as the payment plan.
Does it include an international or a bank guarantee that if the possession of the apartment is not handedover as per contract, 100% investment (including the amount paid to ajman devloper & considered in the swap deal) will be refunded to the investors within XX number of days? (Please note I am not refering to escrow account, I am refering to a bank guarantee which the investor can claim from th bank in case the developer has not returned the investors amount).
