case must be individual
several lawyers allready given opinion that no joint case possible all cases must be individual and they will charge individually.
this can be worked out that one person start court proceding with 50% his expenses and other 50 investors contribute 1% to him and once case is decided everybody can use the verdict in his favour and can go for a fresh case.
