The govt. of ajman does not care or protect investors,do they?
Does the escrow account guarantee handover of the unit as per contract else 100% refund of the investors money, which I doubt it. The escrow account is just one more trick by the Ajman Rulers to get more money which they desperatly need for their luxurious life style (search on internet and you will see their life style)
The prices have gone down to almost 50% or even less, no one is willing to buy any more, no resident visa, no protection of investors money, etc, with this situation in hand, I would prefer to give away what ever I have paid so far intead of paying more installments...
The choice is yours....
