Hi, I have purchased a one bedroom apartment @ALIA TOWER under the DEVELOPER name ELIA ISLAND. The expected date of completion is Dec 2011. I have paid upto 35% so far. Has any one purchased from the same developer? Is this project also a doomed one? Am i going to loose all the money
