Alhambra 1- Unit 604
I am a small investor and have already paid one third of the price of the apartment quoted by you at the time of booking. I have some serious reservations regarding Alhamra 1- project sincerity to continue this project. They have been breaking our trust by saying that the construction is going on and when i visit the site going all the way from Pakistan to Dubai, its a barren land!!!
There website does not show any progress on Al Hambra1 more than ground filling. The building has not risen an inch above ground in the last two years. I want to know what have you done with the money of the clients?
Why has tameerat not contacted it's clients and explained the inordinate delay in the progress of the Al Hambra projects.
Do you expect your clients to keep on giving instalments without any results on ground?
I am justified in delaying my submission of instalments because I have paid one third of the total cost of apartment and would like to see it at least completed one third before i am asked to pay next instalment.
What assurance will you give to your clients that Tameerat is not going to run away with our hard earned investment made in Al Hambra towers.
I had planned to shift in teh apartment and now i am struggling to plan for my future!!!
All the investors should unite and }:) ask for our money back!!!!

Dont waste more money traveling from Pakistan to Dubai, Ajman Real estate is a dead business and seems like the investors have lost the game (their life savings). )AlHambra 1 is a dead project, I would suggest you not to make any more payments even if the developercalims to have made progress.
According to ARRA, the developer can also withdraw amount from ESCROW account topay salaries and meet their expnces without even a single inch of construction on the ground, so do not trust ARRA and/or escrow account as well
what proof do you have salaries can be paid from escrow
Dear Sir,
I have been to ARRA and Ajman bank and have not been told that salaries cannot be paid from the escrow account.
In fact i went to pay into the escrow account and the bank told me to come back with proof that i had an interest
in the project that i was trying to pay into. i went back with my reservation form and they accepted the payment.
I would ask you to think before you write as only information that can be backed up by facts should be put on this
forum.

i think you should contact arra,
it may be since you have already paid so much, they will tell you not to pay anymore till the developer gives you construction based payment plan, authorised by ARRA.
that was you can protect yourself from getting sued for not paying instalments, and same time get arra to help you.
its worth a try
if you look in our arra section you will find ARRA email address congtact details.
also let threm know if you are being misled on construction progresss.
and forward any emails etc you recieved from developer to arra so that they can take action.

Are they registered with an escrow account

Be careful of listening to some of the fools on this website. I recently swapped ot a company
and wanted to pay directly in to the escrow account and meet the bank as well. I arrived at ajman bank
and as i didnt bring my reservation form, i could not put money into the escrow account. The bank told
me that the only money that will leave the account will be for construction costs and their fees. The guy saying
that salaries are paid is wrong to do so and i cant believe that he would cause panic like this. My addy is

Even though i swapped and saved my money, i intend to sue my previous developer in the future once i

Therefore, if you think you have a good swap deal, why don't you write the details for all of us. Dear all,
Let I clear at this point of time that the salaries of developer staff and contractor staff is comes under the construction head, even they not pour single drop of concrete they can billed with the staff salaries to ARRA and ARRA has to approve it.
Please understand people here on the website since last three years are not fooled, but they spend lots of time to visit the sites and collected the valid and solid informations for the web site members and guests.
All developers and team leader R Holding are just waiting for your even single dirham to put into their pocket, at this moment they all have lost the faith of the investors, and they are are not at all worry for any reputation or moral.
Careful for swapping and making the payments.

Check the ARRA website for the progress status of Al Hambra
Dear Everybody,
Go to the ARRA website and check the project status of all the projects. You will find that the progress in AL Hambra 1 and AL Hambra 2 is 1%, we paid more than 37% now of the total amount and the building is still at 1% progress. I think this shows how keen Tameerat to deliver, I thin whoever choosed to stop paying was right. Everyone should contact ARRA and ask them about what we should do. And why we should pay more money to this company. By the way some projects already reached 80%.

i am also a investor in al hambra 2. I contacted ARRA few weeks ago and their response was very clear: "Tell your developer to put all your previous payments to the new escrow account and reschedule your future payments according to construction progress".
So my advise to all of friends is to please stop paying any more payments untill the above mentioned criteria is met.

My freinds I confused after Arra website I visit Tamerat also Arra. Tamerat told me Arras information wrong they show report from engineer Safirini, Report show work done more why Arra put wrong?? Tamerat told Arra would change webiste infrmation they send letter I saw. Tameerat told me that they negotiate with the contractor and work will strat soon and complete.
My freinds all my saving in this project and I am worry. If u hav new information plz infrm very important.
Al Hambra 2 Bloody Disgusting
Its all very confusing.I wrote to arra.ae telling them to advise me what to do beacuse the developer Tameerat is not doing any construction .I got a reply telling me that I should go in person to Tameerat office and discuss any payment according to construction plan.I am in UK how stupid!!!!!
So WHAT IS THE PURPOSE of arra then. They are finish with me.It s no help.They (arra) should be pressurising Tameerat ,inquiring about delays and investors payment ect ect..As an investor I do not feel arra in in our interest.
Another point is that Tameerat is an another one fooling us.They are supposed to be appointing a builder to start construction in middle of April now it is 6th May. How long it takes to find a bloody builder.I hope the Chairman of tameerat reads this and reply me personally if he has guts.In UK we do not stand that sort of foul play.I am bloody angry and disgusted.Once bitten twice shy never again I will advise or invest in that company.NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

some of us left their countries and families to secure their kids future
and put thier life saving on this project.
some of us was trying to stop paying rent which was eating most of our salaries,
this was the main reason for them to invest on such project.
and some of us were just investing (buying and selling properties and making profits)
i respect all the reasons.
the bottom line is there is no intention for us to lose such money we have paid... right!!!
my name is khaled I'm one of the emirates city investors/victims if you can say.
i,ve bought my flat in Al Hambra 2 through Tameraat company.
what i'm trying to say here that there are so many problems on our way such as:
1-the project delivery day got shifted till god only knows when.
2-the prices are so low now comparing to the prices we bought our flats two or three years back.
3-the schedule of paying is not making any scenes from tameraat point of view we are so late on paying and got many late payments installments.
4-we don't know if the company used our money in constructing the project or paying their salaries!!!
I'm intending to start fight back....and i need to know who gonna be with me on this?
I'm intending to collect signatures from all the owners and write to ajman government, ajman land authorities, newspapers like emirates today and so...
and write to tameraat company itself because if they intend to cancel our contracts they will never find investors buying thier units
with these silly prices they are offering.
basically I'm gonna write to every body can help us. and I'm willing to take that matter to court if it is necessary.
my demands and goals are:
first is to try to get our money back because the delivery date of the project got delayed big time here.
which is not fair for us and tameraat completely fooled us about that.
second for some of us who wants to continue with the project is to re-schedule the payment planes and that diffidently comes after
re-pricing the units considering the global crises and the prices these days.with this kind of money we can get units in Dubai not Ajman...right??
so i need to know who are excited and willing to put some effort with me to fight back for our rights.
