hi all please tell me what you think is this good or bad news

Dear Alfurqan developers
It has come to my concern that alfurqan twin towers is not in the
ARRA registered developments although you told me 4 months ago that you
have.
The construction has stopped since February and even then you have not
reached the ground floor . i bought this flat in April 2007 and
you informed me then that you will start very soon but you started more than
14 months later. i have trusted you with my money and i have paid 300000
Dirhems which is 71% and i have received not even 5% of a building .in an
email from you on the 4 june you said "we hope to restart construction
within few days. "it has been it has been over 60 days and still nothing.
Last March i contacted a person called Alaa from Sahl construction from
Mehwal and he simply said you stopped paying them money thats why they are
not building.
i need a clarification .
why havnt you got money?
why havnt you registered in ARRA?
why have you only built less than 5%?
where is my money and where is my flat?

Dear Mr Alhitty,

Hope You are fine, according to your email answers as follow.

1. We are the first who registered our towers in Land department and
opening an escrow account in Emirates Islamic Bank ( Copy enclosed )
by the permission of land department before announcing ARRA.Because
the ARRA was not existing on that time, now we have submitted once
again all the documents to ARRA for registration.They have all our
documents with all clients details, they approved our Projects,but
unfortunately we can not succeed to get registration certificate.

We hope before Ramadan we shall get it from them.

2. Regarding the construction the contractor Mehwal Building
Contracting stop the construction in Feb 2009.Mehwal got the job from
Emirates City about 40 Towers and they collect the down payment from
the developers and owners and ran away from the market.After very hard
searching Police caught him now he is behind the bar. We are trying to
get NOC ( No Objection Certificate ) from him through the Municipality
of Ajman, we are unable to start our construction unless we get the
NOC from Mehwal, we hope we shall get it soon.
Regarding the investment, How much we received from Investors, all
money + 15 Million Dir hams from our families we have invested in the
Project. The all accounts details has been submitted to ARRA.

Why they cannot succeed for getting a registration Certicate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it appears to me they have some sort of problem. they cannot build without registration certificate. What I like Furqan is they always respond back quickly which positive thing.

The Emirates City,
What will force a developer, already got 71% of selling price and he only had finished the pilling works during more than 2 years, to complete 30 floors including finishing?!
How a contractor like Mehwal his capabilities can’t in any way construct 40 projects at the same time in 2.5 years?!, Both Mehwal and Developers, at time of signing the contracts with him, know well he can’t fulfill his obligations.
Do not waste your time, AED 300000 worth spending time & efforts, Go to court and sue the developer, that may the only way to get your money back and may he join his contractor behind bars.

i totely understand but the

i totely understand but the only excuse is that it is a world problem and the resetion has hit everyone. but i will give him to the end of October
this year if not i will try the court.
