ALERT: TO ALL AL FURQAN TWINS INVESTORS
Salaam...Today I got an email from ARRA that people at Al Furqan RE have not submitted the required papers to ARRA and because the deadline has passed they cannot get registered at all. She advised me to take a letter from them and go to the court with their support.
Seems that they were always lying about ARRA registration.

Alert for B13 Sapphire lake view
Salaam & Good Day to all,
I also have received an email from ARRA that Sapphire Lake View B13 have not registered yet ARRA advised me to take a letter from them and go to the court with their support.
For those whose developer's have failed to register yet need to findout about the dispute panel ARRA have set.

couple of weeks ago i had asked them any updates for al furqn twin towers,then they send me this e-mail;
Dear Customer
we are very glad to inform you, we have finalize our registration in
AARA and in couple of week we shall get our registration certificate.
Still the construction work is stopped, as we start again we shall
inform you as our earliest.
if there, any more updates we shall inform you.

I have sent them many emails this week but got no response yet. Could I ask those members who reside in UAE please to call Al Furqan RE, if possible?
