ANY INVESTOR FOR AL RASHED TOWER. I DOUBT IF THE COMPANY STILL EXIST AS NO CONSTRUCTION HAS STARTED SO FAR..I GOT A CALLL FROM AL RASHED OFFICE LAST WEEK BUT WHEN I TRIED CALLING THEM BACK ..NO ONE IS PICKING THE PHONE.PLEASE COME FORWARD AND LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE IS INVESTOR WITH AL RASHED TOWER

C19 hopeless

Al Rashed is hopeless with customer service they don't pick the phone at all put I heard from them at they will start with in 45 days with Saudi company ( I don't beleve so) But They have to start any how beause all the towers in Emirates city start to grow up and C19 still under ground
One day you and me will be neighbors and will forget what happend hehehehehehe :D

Master Developer Changed

2 & half months back they told me construction works will be commenced within 2 months, at the time I pick up my S&P Agreement at their office!! When I tried to call them again last week they told me the Master Developer "Al Rashael" was changed to another Sadui owner, what's a shokc that i even not being informed.

I have suspended any installment since 3 months back considering there is no progress since last year, what they have done was nothing.

Does anyone of you keep paying installment!!!????

alrashed tower 4 i have heard that is starting construction by middle of march. Any one please share info in this regard.
Also regarding the electricity it is said that it will come in 2013 ??

I have also bought from Al Rashed and my experience with this stupid developer is not good. Al Rashed , Esskay, Lake View is developers you can not trust on anymore. Dont pay them.

Inside Track Address

Hi,
Inside Track address in Dubai is 304, Al Fattan Plaza, Garhoud, next to 4x4 motors and opposite to Le Meridean and Al Bustan Rotana Hotel. I was able to comunicate with them till one month ago but now their phone is not answering all the time, just the fax machine is there. I really don't have any idea if they moved from there or not. Their Tel.: 04 2828343; Fax: 04 2828353

If you have Al Rashed address in Ajman please send it to me. I knew that they closed their office also. But I still need the address. Please send it to me.

even my developer B 13 is stupid like Al Rashed , Esskay, Lake View can not trust them anymore. Please all the investors of sapphire lake view Dont pay them.
