Al-owais Heights
Today i received phone from sapphire properties that they ve already started construction of al-owais heights(H-10) in humaid city,if any body has informations abt this ,plz share.tnx
I have spent almost AED 300,000 in Ajman, all from my savings of the last 10 years plus some loans.
There is no way to get anything out of it. But a lawyer advised me to file a complaint against AL OWAIS HEIGHTS, AJMAN. As now they are demanding for more payments. They haven't started consturction as yet. Just file a complaint in ARRA Ajman (Ajman Real Estate regulatory Authority). ARRA has now moved in Bank street in Ajman, close to Dubai Bank and behind R Holding office.
They are asking for pyments coz they very well know that no one will pay them and based on non payment they will cancell everything and run away with our initial 10-15% payments legally. Therefore in your complaint ask ARRA to advise you the project status as Humaid City is cancelled, how could a developer like AL OWAIS HEIGHTS demand us to make further payments. The Govt will not provide infra Structure and electricty for Al Owais Heights only (the other side of Emirates City). At least we will be in safe hands and the developer cannot take any action on his own.
I have been informed that the Govt might take some action and transfer people like us in some projects to be handed over soon. The Govt. will only take action once they have a reasonable number of complaints. So please register your complaints and advise others as well.

I am one of the investor of Sapphire Properties in the project Sapphire lake view EC B 13 I do not get any reply from them I wounder if they are still in their office their was a manager Mr. Jawad in Sapphire Properties he was a gentle man no more in this company only nancy sitting in the office to collect payments only you don't do any payment tell arra they are asking for payment
