My developer Al Rashed Real Estate had about 15.000 customers. Now their phone is down and office is closed.

Im afraid many other developers will also run away like Al Rashed did.

will alrashhed investors be adjusted by R holdings which is the master developer of EC? Ajman is a graveyard!

we made big mistake to invest in ajman.. this place is only for tents, camels and thieves

I thought you was a sensible person. Developers has stolen our money and there is no help to get from authorities.

evry investor with alrashed will be compensated by master developer R holdings. For this all investors have to unite and visit R holdings office TOGETHER . Plz come forward people with a proposed date and email at deehr@yahoo.com It has to be collective effort and if required we will go to police complaint with our reciepts of money paid to alrashed and also a collective court effort.

As you know, after I had sent my comment above advising not using abusive language, the editor directly remove your obscene words comment and then you replace it with less abusive language. So, I am not the only one who belief that your deleted comment has
abusive language.
This forum did not established to insult government (to name it dictatorial or democratic), or to insult the whole country and ordinary people living in UAE who have nothing to do with Developers’s scam like what axion posted above.
All of us frustrated and worrying to loose our hard earning money, but let face our opponents, suggest a productive ideas and solutions, not insulting others who had nothing to do with our problems.

I am not a citizen of UAE, but I been traveled all around the world to many countries and dealt with many deferent nationality people, but I did not find better than Emirate citizens in politeness and civility.

I can not join your meeting because im not based in UAE. I have paid AED 103.000,- to my developer and its enough. Its expensive to file a case and go to court. Dont want to loose more money.

You left a message telling people not to use obscenities, and you yourself are being a hypocrite and insulting other countries and people. Either stop being two faced or leave the forum, since your not solving anything, your just adding unecessary problems. Whether its on the forum or not, people probably swear daily at these investors, and they have every right to, we have been robbed of our money.

So if you can talk rubbish like this, we have every right to discuss how we feel about these Ajman developers.

We have a right to criticise such authorities because of the way they have treated us, neither are they supporting us, nor are they taking any action against such real estate companies. Since Al-Rashed Real Esate have closed down their office who else are we supposed to contact, we can't even fight this case in court, it would be so expensive and even if we did win we wouldn't get anywhere with these crooks. And you are sitting here telling us we can't even state these facts in this forum.

But i guess you dont face these problems, you double moralist.

What u guys r doing, PLEASE close the topic, if we keep cursing each other here, then we will loose the reason of being here. I REQUEST all people here, please FINISH this issue, join hands and fight for the rights in nice way. If we had to loose money then its DESTINY.... try but don't fight among each others.
