Heard or seen the building site recently.I am only an investor and I want to hear from other investors.I have stop paying for the above towers.Has any UAE residents visited the construction site.
Updates will be highly appreciated.

I live outside UAE and i have not any news. I have pay 50% and i have stop to pay. I contact them by telefon 2 month ago to ask them about the situation. They tell me they will send to all investors a letter to inform us. But no thing have happen. I think we must do something togother.

I think if I have the name of all investors in Al Hambra investors we can collectively summon a petition to the tameerat Chairman and Erra.
Come on investors of Al Hambra let us get together and confront Tameerat that we will not pay a penny till we see subtantial progress in the construction.By the way not a stone is laid down yet.Tameerat is lazy.I wonder what they are waiting.Now ramadan is here they will make another excuse.Contact me by writing to the anthor or submit your names to this forum.We will approach Tameerat as a group.United we win divided we lose.

I stopped payments many months ago. I do not believe that Tameerat have made any progress on our towers. I do not believe that they have any intention of building nor will they refund our money.
I have lost all confidence in Tameerat and the UAE government. I do not intend to pay anymore money as I do not trust anyone who has any involvement in the Ajman project.

I received an e mail back two weels ago telling me not to use uncivilsed word otherwise they will not correspond with me.I was rather rude to them telling them that they are untrustworthy.unreliable and cheats.All they are interested in is payment money.I am not paying any money so do not make any payment until we see"substantial progress in CONSTRUCTION ". They said in the e mail that they are negotiating the final stage contract with a master builder for construction.The legal department is finalising the details.We ( investors) will soon receive details individually.They will also updates details in their website.That was all.
My issue is with fellow investors to "STAND UNITED AND DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY UNLESS WE SEE PROGRESS IN CONSTRUCTION"They have DEFAULTED NOT US.You pay more money you will lose more.They may run to KANDAHAR or Syberia not to be seen - never-.
Let us see RESULT of our PAYMENTS FIRST BEFORE WE PAY MORE.WE HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE .AS FAR I AM CONCERNED UP TO NOW I HAVE ALREADY LOST.
Now Ramadan is here they will make another excuse.We call it DELAYING TACTIC. DOES IT TAKE 3 LONG YEARS TO FIND A BUILDER.YOU TELL ME.NEXT THEY WILL SAY WE CANNOT FIND bricks.cement,iron .sand etc etc etc etc.They are lying to us .Sorry it is uncivilised word not to be used!!!!!

Looks as though Tameerat has lost their civilsed manner to inform investors as to what is happening with their project AL HAMBRA1-2 .I have invested a lot of cash.They are NOT replying my e mails.Or refunding my money as per contract agreement.Shame on UAE ajman government.I thought they were a bunch of trustworthy people.But alas.
