Ajyaal Residency - Construction Progress
Hi,
Does anyone have any kind of information regarding Ajyaal Residency? It seems like no activity takes place at Site the past three months (and before that not much had been executed). Any news about possible suspension or cancellation?

Well in this case (as per the developer) it seem like the Main Contractor has been replaced and now the works will be executed by Ajyaal themselves (with their own company),,,
Still I believe that construction is going way too slow,,, but what to do,,, we have to live with that,,,

I hardly see any posting from aJyaal owners.. are they sleeping? anyone got any update? i have stopped payment for the last 2 months and surprisingly i have never been contacted by ajyaal about the payment. what is the update?

Well, I didn't pay February as well and I had not been conducted. The reason I think is that as per ARRA no one should pay to the developer unless an ESCROW account will be in place. And Ajyaal knows...
I called them few days ago. They told me that now they are one of the first developers registered with ARRA and within few days they will have the ESCROW account in place. Moreover, they plan to start construction during March...
