Does anyone have a property with Ajyaal Residency? I have tried to call & email them, no reply or phone seems off the hook. They cant even be bothered to answer emails. They seem to have stopped building work altogether.On ARRA website they are waiting for an escrow account number, this has been like this since about 3 weeks ago. Im worried that if they dont keep there promise what will happen to investors money as its not safe. Anyone who could shed some light on this situation,maybe we could get this sorted before it gets out of hand.

I have stopped any further payments since last February 09 cause I had been terrified with the whole situation in Ajman and the fact that Ajyaal had commenced no works at Site. It seems like it was a wise decision after all....

If there is any one have invested in the Ajyaal residency and looking to take them to court please contact me so we can arrange to do as group better than going alone, I been trying to contact them and end up travelling to see them in the office in UAE but culd not meet up with the managments and I have checked with ARRA and confirmed that we can get letter to take them to court, also I have visited the site just to find out there is no work going on.

one more thing before we go ahead may be good idea to talk to Ajyaal and see if they will return the money by informing them that we taking them to court as group, even we know it is hard to contact them.

It is an open fact that the Ajyaal Residency management was a bunch of cheaters, who fled away and left their investors seeking for justice from the Ajman government. The Director General of ARRA saying that any developer violating the Emiri Decree are liable to the cancellation of their project. In this context, if we look at the Ajyaal Residency Project, they did not complete Registration with ARRA neither got NOC and nor opened an Escrow account, also their bank accounts were sealed by the government. Now what other proofs of default are required.
In my view, this is a straight forward open and shut case for ARRA to cancel this project, there by resolving this pending dispute and refund of payments to investors can be managed through the left over assets of Ajyaal, local partners and sealed bank accounts. This one action will greatly enhance the credibility of ARRA and would also give a positive message to other defaulting developers of EC Ajman. But all depends upon the sincerity of ARRA to take a fair and strict action.
Since I am also an unfortunate victim of this fraud Company, therefore visited about three weeks ago to Ajman UAE for 2 days just to see the way forward. Took the statement of account (detail of paid installments) from the Ajyaal office and on this base got a letter from ARRA to support for initiating a court case. The next day I went to the Ajman Courts and came to know that case could be filed if the statement of account was made available with Arabic translation along with payment of 4% against the claimed amount..........! It seems that investors are being compelled to make further payments in the name of justice. So I came back to my country and today I saw this debate of initiating a combined court case against Ajyaal owners, therefore I dropped in to share my experience with all you guys. One thing is clear that the court fee is 4% of our invested money and combined effort may not reduce our cost of going to court. However, there could be a greater impact due to the combined effort of 4 of us. Moreover, we need to seek advice from someone knowledgeable to understand that what are the chances of getting refund of of our investment through the court.? OR we are going to loose further of our hard earned money.?
The law firm I contacted they explained to me that may cost much more than 4% and they see it will be bigger impact if we are as group together, law firm called Habibalmula the link below.

As discussed, we should not let our money go like this.. Each one of us has paid at least 100,000 Dhs and we should follow up to know what happened to the funds blocked in Ajyaal account. We need to know what is gonna happen to their lands. If R Holding or Ajman Land are to take them back, they should pay us because the land was bought with our money.
