In Lake View tower 5 project I lost 240000/- AED
Then a developer suggested me swapping to their project in Ajman and now again I lost around 25000/- AED as after swapping I had paid 55000/- AED then I canceled the unit as I feel they will never complete the project
When I asked then they told 25000/- AED is service charge for canceling the unit
“Everyone involved in this Should Answer God” if they have faith –
it was hard earn money in this temperature

Rizu..can you tell me to which project that you swapped and you felt that project also not going to finish..is it AJMAN PEARL?? earlier one investor of emirate city has written that some one has contacted them for swapping to Ajman Pearl....what i see is AJMAN PEARL project has reduced some floors say6-7 of each of the building and 2 side tower to just one floor..and a big roundabout is going to come beside AJMAN PEARL. if you cancelled from Ajman pearl that could be a wrong step.. thank you
