Ajman- so funny and astonishing

I am just surprised that in the ajman.ae which is a website related to government, there is nothing mentioned about the projects in ajman and about the frauds that developers did with people.

A just want to ask, how developers are asking investors to pay and there is no transparency in the market. The construction in the power station did not start, so electricity will not come in 2012 as promised. No residence visa as promised earlier, no construction progress.

No one can argue the EC project is a complete failure even if it is constructed. If a project needs 10 years to be completed, it was better to enjoy our money rather than putting it in the hands of untrusty developers.

And moreover, economically speaking, it is of no use, who will live in EC when the prices in international city in dubai dropped by 70%. Oh from where they will bring 120,000 people to live in this city if all people are leaving the country.

EC launched in 2006, so it is shame they have not completed a single tower. What are they doing with our money.

logical analysis

igor, right on the money. your analysis is correct, even if it gets built, its worthless by all means.

this is unlike what others on this board (friends of developers) would like you to believe.

thats why, you should get your money (or whatever you can) back from the developer. on the long term, its a bad investment.

In the short term, developers are collecting interest on your money.

100% i agree

but they can not continue this fraud for more time. First of all, the developers are also stuck. They have two options and in the two options they are trapped:

1st option: to continue construction: This is not possible, people dont trust them and there is no transparency in the market. Also banks will not give them a single penny. At the same time they have no new buyers. Who is stuck is stuck. So it is not wise for them to cancel the contracts cause by this they will be loosing everything.

2nd option: To hold or cancel: not possible. On average an investor paid 25% of the total amount. This amount is already spent by the developer on marketing and in buying the piece of land in the desert.

The best option is get our money by following legal ways (courts). Otherwise, they will continue holding our money and earning interest on it as they are not bothered

You cant get your money back

Our dear nervous friends Ajmanflats,Nader & Igor & ...,with you, regarding the situation ,I dont think any body will be able to get his money back in EC.Because the government, the law & even ARRA are all in favore of developers. So you should pray for god, they continue construction only.
Result of investment in lawless land.

nader ajman flat please

nader ajman flat

please refrain from negatively, unless you have valid point relevant to the topic heading, and are able to substantiate your point with facts !!!

blatant unsubstantiated negatively such as earthquakes to swallow up EC

or that you dont give damn about EC and their investors or developers, have no place here.

whilst constructive discussion (even if negative) has place here, blatant unabashed negative comments causing offence is not !

Are u a developer?

Are u a developer?

views

while you may think you can make everyone disagree with you stay quite, that is not possible anymore.

people voicing their concerns about emarites city and the scam that contiues to take place in broad day ligtht not because they love to lose their money, but because we are sure that developers have stolen our money already, and they are not delivering on the agreement investors signed. Therefore, you might have different views, your welcome to share it, but dont try to enforce your views on others.

I dont know rami or nader or anyone on this board, but we happen to believe the same thing.

Emarites city developers should go to jail, very few exceptions.
