I have been at the new Office in ajman and try to swap my contract. They only offer in Emirates City RHolding buildings for a very high price.
Mr. Deya gave me contacts with Charlestate and REIE in Ajman, but nobody speaks english on the phone. When I send E-mail, they never answered me. I am looking now for a lawer to get my money back. Has anyone experience with legal action against ARRA?
I finally got an email back from them, they say come to the office in Ajman to sort a swap out.Going over on 6th October,will let everyone know what happens.
If you are asked to move to another project in EC, i ll request before paying just visit EC, its a bunch of tower graveyard.
Decade required to complete EC.

I think it is sort of interesting to see, what exactly ARRA proposes as an offer. I was planing on paying them a visit, too, but just for information. Imho all of Ajman real estate is doomed as long as there is multiple supply in Dubai for cheap money.

i have documnt in which it shows orbit tower real estate paid monthly to r holding on behalf of orbit tower but r holding is refusing tey dont agree it is well planed fraud r holding is master developer they are not doing construction they are only building their tower and selling them or swaping them will be proper word they are doing business firt they stop construction then all this drama where was arra hen they launched escrow account.why now arr is not contacting flat owners and ask them to pay to arra directly and arra complete the towers or if they cant do it allow the flat owners to decide what to do

hi guys pls tell me whwts going on in orbit tower the office is closed arra is not helping i payed almost 200thousand and arra is saying to open a case against plm real estate.Palm real estate is still there but no one is coming in office i think this project is cancelled but government want money from us so they want us to go in court.Why all the orbit tower investors should join together and discuss how much remaining we have to pay and we can meet in any place and finally come in any sollution i men remaining money what we have to pay in orbit we can directly talk to arra and say them we will pay in arra and finish the project and kick orbit tower real estate and palm real estase out of this and guys i talked to siddique he is working in best homes he changed his job pls orbit tower flat owners post your contact numbers lets meet together some where we cn go to diwan office and i have print outof the orbt tower which they payed to r holding main fraud is done by r holdings because orbit payed completely to r holding i have lot of informations
This news is very old, really a useful topic for the properties buyer because UAE Real Estate market is much better than the previous some years. I hope that next few years will proved to be good for Ajman real estate.
