We still haven't seen a single action from the Arra, just lots of empty promises...

dear friends , i have 2 bedroom flat in raibow 10 /sweethomes , paied 52% and seems developer is progressing in construction although delay of one year beyond original completion date, they responded to my request in linking payments to construction , they started asking money or threat to take action for my post dated cheques ! , i have great doubt about future of EC since R- HOLDING as another face to ajman government refuse to give hope for infrastructure , and dramatic drop in property prices allover UAE ans especially ajaman , since developer refuse to give any discount and the remaing 50% can by another completed property anwhere with full infrastructure and ready to rent, any openion is appreciated

Be reasonable. I don't think anybody is stupid enough to pay the remaining 49%(assuming you are giving up the unit free)> PEOPLE... you can buy a ready apartment in Ajman for at most 35-40% percent of the prices of EC. So, why would anybody pay to those asswholes who may finish construction and may not!! If you have 35% of this unit price, take it and but a ready apartment in Ajman. People, with this fact in mind, you propably realise that EC will never be completed.

thanx qwert i decided to stop this story and accept losing 211 000 dirhms as contribution from my blood to ajman gov , will see in judgment day how will answer allah about what happened in his emirate
