The registration time between ARRA and lake view is finished, the lake view office probably will close....
i just got an email from arra today which is:

This company is not register and they don’t have escrow account the registration time is finished

Aman Quraishe is an owner of lake view towers, but when we contact lake view office a few weeks ago, Mr.Suhail(admin manager) told us that lake view got all investors money!
Aman Quraishi is in jail for frauding charge(Criminal case), but i dont think that we lose our money, but it take a time to sorting all these problems out, we should get our money back and compensations for all these time they hold our money and all these streass we had from the past because of them, even lake view office never answers any ones emai since aman quraishes in jail...

I think the only way to get our money back is waiting for dispute comitte from ARRA, they will come up with some positive proposal(i hope that), at the same time i got some proposal exchange property with two deferent companies which they says that they can exchange my and my brothers apartments with other apartments in dubail, which i am a bit confussed with these proposal, i dont know them, if you are UAE residents try to contact or call them by clicking on theres website www.almasahint.com and the other one is www.alkhailtower1.com and aske them what is these proposal, not sure if these price they will give to investors is a correct price or probably they are trying to give us these apartments which nobody wants to buy them....and i dont know why they do these proposals and what kind of benefits they get, they knows very well lake view is in trouble and the owner is in jail which i did explained to them, the one from almasahint gave me hers number 00971503435691 lily@almasahint.com

i heard that Aman Quraishis brother came to dubau from USA to speak with investors, and Aman Quraishi himself from the jail wants to speak with investors for setlement, anyone can confirm these informations?
i cant belive that lake view ofiice SUHAIL keeping quite, they are not saying nothing to investors...not contacting any investors..not responding...not given any new informations, not like other projects.

we have to pay 30000 DH and what we wil get in the end ..... its just trick .i dont belive any one more just Dubai police station ( arafaai) they are in charge and i belive an them that they done let qmar quarshi out from jail untill he pay back to investoren .Dubai under sheich mohamed ibin rashid hope we are in safe way to get our money.in shaalah .

I am not sure abt the number of cases decided since jan 2009 as there are thousands of cases in court pending . A decision means being fair that is the master developer R holdings has to baat caught too. I am afraid this won't happen as it is sheikh company . They have sold desert at gold price and damn care about investors ! Going to court is putting good money after bad UNTIL a case already in court is decided .

Warning: lake view office closed down, the office is closed, the phone numbers are disconnected, nobody knows where are staffs going, the owner Aman Quraishi is in jail in dubai police station , the owners brother came down to dubai from U.S.A. they are trying to take investors money in some ways outside UAE, the police in dubai must frozen theres account soon as soon posible., That disputte comite coming from ARRA at the end of this year is not helping Lake views investors because the owner is charged for frauding and the comitte will wait for the quraishes court...probably that will take a few years!

They are running away with the money -nothing left there. the owner is charged with Fraud.

You have to save yourself.
