I just booked an apartment with them and asked them about the construction update. That was on Wednesday. They said they will start next month i.e Dec 07, but it only starts when we actually see it. Also the company looks quite reliable as they have number of projects in the pipeline as well as a some projects within Ajman city which are nearing completion.
