Emirates City is a residential and commercial town-sized development being built in the Emirate of Ajman. The AED 15 billion (US$ 4.1 billion) freehold development will be located on the Emirates Road, which is a 20 minute drive from the Dubai and Sharjah International airports.

Emirates City will consist of around 72 residential and commercial towers, ranging from 20 to 50 floors. The towers will be surrounded by lakes and green parks, as well as having a shopping district, mosques, five star hotels, educational and medical facilities. It is being developed in stages, with the first stage comprising of the development of around 25 towers, while the following stages will involve the construction of the downtown area.

Extended Plan

So now they have extended the development further to the left. And the Shopping Mall is no longer in the centre of it all. It will be closer to the First Phase towers.....say upto C 15.
