Hi every body,have you any news about 3dventure registering or A13&A14 will be built or not?THE CEO of 3dventure (developer) Anwarkhan where are you?when do you want to answer the people who paid you?are you run away or what?do you know whats being a human , means in your short life time?we all will go to god soon .Be aware of this.give our money back,we all need that.hope to hear any news of you or your office which is 6 month closed.

Hi tuma .Thanks for your reply. do you know whether 3Dventure is registered or not?have you be in touch with them recently ?how much have you paid them till now & did they give you all your recipient vouchers?because they didnt give me my last two payment receipts .are they still selling emirates pearls in UK or UAE ?Do you think we can trust on this project &this developer?

I have all my receipts because my aunt used to collect them for me in dubai
They asked me to send copies to them which I did only last month.Email address was
legal@3d-venture.com
Then I rang Sayd in LONDON and he said I did not have to pay anything more since I have already paid 30% .
He also said the project is starting next month and they will move to Dubai as before after they have sort out the mess that CEO put them in.
I have asked them to send me my contact which he said he will with the new payment plan , However I will not have to pay anything until the building has been built by at least 20% then I can carry on paying.
In May I was in Ajman and ARRA confirmed to me that 3D have not opened fully an escrow account. They did not submit all the paper work therefore they missed the deadline

Hello Tuma & everyone who bougth emiratespearls in ajman.I've talked to both rera & arra today both of them suggest me to

complain in court against 3Dventure cause they have'nt registered in arra in ajman & emirates pearls hasn't escrew account.

have you any update news about them ?or we shall be to gether & do something .May be I take lawyer to take my complain to the

court .

Emirates Pearls in Ajman

hi All

I have purchased a one BHK flat in emirates pearls in emirates city Ajman, UAE and now there is no reply from any one.

Can any one other owners who face the same problem advise how to go further to get back the money from the developer.

Please advise.

I have the same problem as you I have paid them 216K .How much have you paid them?

Seems we have to take our case to court.They are not register yet and no escrow acount.

where to find them......

There is a rumour going on that the developers of Emirates City have run away with our money to KANDAHAR in Afghanistan.Even the Taliban cannot find them.
Hisham we are in the same boat. JUST DO NOT DO ANY PAYMENT. You will see they will come out of their rat holes to look for your money.
