1st May ARRA deadline,
I ask the forum members does anyone have any idea what is going to happen to those developer’s who fail to register with ARRA by 1st May deadline? My opinion is that these developers’s will be asked to cancel their project and to refund investors money with some interest! Does any project so far registered with ARRA in Emirates city Ajman?

I think cancelling the project will be the last step,
and the decisions will be case by case, some developers will be given more time to arrange themselves... but cancellation is very diificult..

I 3 apartments in Lake view have bought tower 4. According to me the work will start to this never. I paid already 25%. and continue to pay as the work start.
Who thinks also this way?

I have 2 apartments in LVT 5
I was told to continue to pay installments or my contract will be cancelled.....and then they kept saying the building woul dbe ready in dec 2010....
but it LVT 1 not even started and it hand over date was june 2009....if you go look now, it's still a pile of SAND....
We need real information can someone go to their offices...and get answer from them..
