Does anyone know who the developer is for A-12 Golf Tower. Also can anyone who has recently been to Emirates City advise on the construction status of this Tower. Any Info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Real Estate Investment Establishment (REIE) is the builder. The tower has been registered with the Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Ajman RERA) and is included in the list of towers under construction in the Emirates City. To the best of my knowledge, an escrow account information is yet to be published by Ajman RERA.
According to the Ajman RERA in August 2009, the project had been completed 7%. There are only five members in the Emirates City Form and I have approached every one in the past but in vain. The name of the construction company shows up on a sign board in the lone photo of the Golf Tower posted in this forum. Good luck

To my best of knowledge, no work is going on. I will be visiting the site to see myself. According to some of my friends who visited the most, most of the projects are either stalled or progress is too slow for any comfort. Unfortunately, no further information from those involved in the project .
Any body have any idea what we have to do with them ? what happened with our money . How we can take our money back . this is disaster need we come together to do something , not every body do individually fight .
There seems to be nothing an investor can do to protect his investment in Ajman. The rulers of the ajman are the ones who have the investors money and it is a banana law - law of the jungle. I do not see or have hope that the investors will get back their money back without some sort of international pressure on the ajman rulers.
To protect any further losses, I assume the investors should stop payment, payment in escrow account is not difference as it does not guarantee handover in time as per contract or 100 % refund of investors money.
Do not take me wrong, I am also an investor who has invested more than AED 2M and have been running for refund or protect my investment but so far, it turns worst day by day.
I don t have any idea on what s going on there but I know I paid at least 50% for nothing at the moment...Does anybody know what is the real website or email of the Real Estate investement as no email is going through...Does anybody complained officialy for this late construction and lack of information ? Does anybody has the latest information on that tower ?

Emaar is the first real estate developer. Some famous projects of emaar are Burj Dubai, Dubai Marina and Golf Towers etc. Beautiful beaches with warm, clear water and white sand are located on the Arabian Gulf to invite visitors in Dubai. A-12 Golf Tower construction is almost complete but some documentation problem is incomplete, that's why this tower is not open.

It seems that to get a refund, there is a fine to pay at around 150,000 aed...Is this correct ???INCREDIBLE ! :jawdrop:
