About Emirates City

Emirates City is a residential and commercial town-sized development being built in the Emirate of Ajman. The AED 15 billion (US$ 4.1 billion) freehold development will be located on the Emirates Road, which is a 20 minute drive from the Dubai and Sharjah International airports. Emirates City will consist of around 72 residential and commercial towers, ranging from 20 to 50 floors. The towers will be surrounded by lakes and green parks, as well as having a shopping district, mosques, five star hotels, educational and medical facilities. It is being developed in stages, with the first stage comprising of the development of around 25 towers, while the following stages will involve the construction of the downtown area. Expected Completion Date - 2009

lake view tower
i visit yesterday 05/10/2008 the site of emirates city in ajman .
For lake view there is no work till now and the delevery of flates is expected to september 2009.
Please is it possible to finish the construction in 10 months.
I call the lake view reale estate to know what happen to the project they said that they have a new contructor and they will begen construction in few days.
The things are not clear.
We need other information.

Azizi Investments, which was launched on Tuesday, has announced a 15 million square feet property development portfolio, immediately establishing it as a serious player in the UAE, a statement said. The company confirmed that it had 'significant' interests at Nakheel's Al Furjan and Palm Jebel Ali developments, as well as at Emirates City. It plans to include 12 plots at Nakheel's Al Furjan; the exclusive rights to develop the only five-star hotel at R Holdings' Dhs15bn ($4.1bn) flagship project Emirates City in Ajman; and a selection of plots to be developed into luxurious properties on Crescent A of Palm Jebel Ali. The company also confirmed a three year strategic plan to dramatically increase its development portfolio to an estimated 165 million square feet by 2010
